It Won't Let Me Turn Booking On or Off

You must be an Admin on your Artist Profile in order to turn booking off or on.

So if you only have “member” permissions for your Artist Profile you won’t be able to turn booking on or off. Either contact one of your group members with Admin access or ask them to also make you an Admin if the group decides you should have those higher level permissions.

It’s possible that for various reasons our staff has decided that we need to block your artist profile account. If you believe this has happened to you, please contact your Booking Rep to find out what happened.

We reserve the right to block user account, artist profiles, and artists from our platform at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to book, or not book, any artist that we choose. We reserve the right to revoke MyAfton.com access at anytime.

How to Turn Booking OFF?

*Note: You must be an Admin on your Artist Profile in order to turn booking off or on.

At anytime you can toggle BOOKING “OFF.” We’ll still keep your account active and your public artist profile page will still be online. But we will no longer email you about show offers, and we’ll no longer notify you of show dates through the “My Shows” section of your account.

WE CAN SUSPEND BOOKING EMAILS TEMPORARILY.
If you’re going on hiatus just for a few months, or you know you don’t want show offers for awhile please email your Booking Rep and request that we don’t offer you shows for awhile. Then we can note that in your account and you’ll start seeing shows again on the date you specified. This is better than turning booking off because we automatically turn it back on for you at the right time.

If you know you won’t want any show offers indefinitely then you can turn booking off. You can always turn it back on at anytime.

We designed our platform to save you time, hassle, and to fit your needs. Turn on Booking when you need it. Turn it off when on Hiatus. No matter what you do, we’re always here for you and ready to talk about shows!

How to Turn Booking On?

At anytime you’re able to toggle BOOKING “ON” which means we’ll start offering you show dates in your area that you’re eligible to play. This is a FREE UPGRADE. You can turn Booking “Off” at anytime, and you only accept the shows you want to play.

We will email you weekly about the shows we are trying to book you for, but by marking in your account the shows that you don’t want to play you can eliminate the followup emails we send out about those shows.

All of our booking services are free to the artist.

THE FIRST TIME YOU TURN “ON” BOOKING
If you’re turning on booking for the first time, there is a one-time Booking Profile process that takes less than 5 minutes. This basically gives us the information we need to create your Artist Profile account which will then make your Artist Public Profile page live. It also goes over a few key items regarding how our booking process works. Once you complete that, you’re ready to look at the show offers in your “My Shows” section.

IF YOU’VE ALREADY COMPLETED A BOOKING PROFILE
If you’ve already completed a booking profile then anytime you turn booking off and then on again, you’ll be asked one verification question and if you agree to that you’ll have instant access again to all of the shows you’re eligible to play.
