Refund Policy for Online Tickets

There is a strict no refund policy for online tickets if the artist cancels their performance, misses their scheduled performance, or is barred from the venue due to misconduct, or if the event is canceled by an act of God or a reason out of our control.

However, in these cases, Afton will honor any tickets sold for a future reschedule date for that artist or for any Afton show you’d like to attend.

Refund Policy for Cash Validated Physical Tickets

There is a strict no refund policy for cash validated tickets if the artist cancels their performance, misses their scheduled performance, or is barred from the venue due to misconduct, or if event is canceled by an act of God or a reason out of our control. However, in some cases, Afton will honor any tickets sold for a future reschedule date.

Refund Policy on Shipped Items

There is a strict no refund policy on printed items from the MyAfton store. No refund is given if we ship your items to the exact address you told us to ship to, or if the items you created have misspellings or any design mistakes.
