What if my eCheck has not arrived yet?
Unsigned artist payout is sent every Thursday. We send Electronic Checks (eChecks). If your show has already happened it should be emailed to you by the following Thursday.
If you have not received your eCheck yet, please look in the “My Pay Status” section of your MyAfton account. You can see the status, date issued, eCheck #, amount, and the payee email address we sent it to.
If you have not received your eCheck, if the payee name or payee email address is incorrect, or if you have any other questions please contact our artist payment staff at: ArtistPayment@MyAfton.com
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR eCHECK
- Once you receive the email from app@echecks.com.
- Click “Log in to retrieve your check”.
3.Type in your username and password if you already have an account with Deluxe eChecks OR hit “Create an account” (This is free) if you do not already have one. - Once account is created click Receive Checks.
- Click on “Get Payment”.
- Click “Print as a Check” then hit select.
- Click print check. (you can only open this once so make sure when you open the check you are ready to print it.
