Can I Leave the Show and Come Back Before My Set?

To be safe, we recommend that you stay at the venue after you check-in with your Show Manager on the day of show. If you choose to leave and come back “right before your set,” and you end up missing your set then there will be no ticket refunds given.

The show can run ahead of schedule based on a variety of factors (last minute cancellation, illness, acts playing slightly shorter sets than we planned for, faster changeover times between acts, etc). So you should not leave the venue until after you have performed.

If you must leave the venue and come back after artist check-in occurs, you should talk to your Show Manager in person and make sure they know you are leaving. Give them your phone number in case the show is ahead of schedule. You should make sure you are back inside the venue AT LEAST 1 HOUR prior to when you are scheduled to perform, if not sooner.

Again, if you choose to leave the venue and for whatever reason you miss your set no refunds will be given.
